Rainforest Walk

So sorry it has taken me so long to write, but there are a lot of pictures on here so it should make up for it. The first pictures are from the Law Ball, which is a huge event put on once a year by the law school. It's at the Gold Coast Sheraton hotel, and it is a pretty extravagant event. Afterwards you go to Melba's, which is a night club downtown. The next set of pictures is from a rainforest walk we did by my friends Isabel's house. It was a lot of fun! Except I was pretty freaked out for most of it because they told me the worst things that could happen was I could either see a huge carpet snake, or get a leech. Neither sounded too pleasant, but I couldn't pass up the opportunity to see the rainforest and the waterfall firsthand. In the middle of the rainforest is some buildings left over from the set of the movie "The Condemned." I haven't seen it, but I'm going to watch it soon now! Apparently it's a pretty bad movie, but I can say I have been to the set now! Anyways, not much is going on here. I had midterms last week and this week, so I have been studying away. I am preparing for my Sydney trip at the end of July which I'm excited for, and I think we are going zorbing soon which is going to be really fun. Zorbing is basically like a big inflatable hamster ball that you get in and they push you down a hill. Sounds like an adventure!
